Every pre-registration that becomes a tenant adds ten trees to our grove on the edge of the campus. Real trees, planted locally, photographed and counted. Not offsets bought from a website.

Not a gated park. A meeting place.

Most business parks lock the gates at 18:00. We do the opposite — the courtyard, the café, the public WC, and one Wednesday a month, our doors are open to everyone.

When does the campus open?

We are in Phase 1 (pre-presentation). Construction begins after final architect review and municipal permits. Pre-registrants get the opening timeline first.

Why Kavadarci, Macedonia?

Macedonia offers a 10% flat corporate tax (one of the lowest in Europe), EU candidate status, and a workforce fluent in English, Macedonian, Serbian and German. Kavadarci is calm, central, and well-connected.

Do I have to physically work from the office?

No. We also offer a registered business address only, so your company is incorporated and reachable in Macedonia without you living here. Useful for tax residency and EU-adjacent operations.

What sizes are available?

Four sizes: Studio (15 m²), Office (28 m²), Suite (38 m²), XL (80 m²). 20 units total around a central reception.

Is pre-registration binding?

No. Submitting the form is an expression of interest only. A separate signed contract is required before any lease is created.

What is included with each office?

Furnished workspace, fibre internet, reception, mail handling, meeting rooms, shared kitchen, and access to on-site accounting and legal services.
